GEORGE'S MEDITATION JOURNEY:
Welcome! My name is George Peterson and I have been a daily meditator now since March of 2012. Growing up, I sought a shift in my emotional state with drugs and alcohol. I used my negative habits to lessen feelings of unease and dissatisfaction for nearly a decade. Today however, my meditation practice has gifted me the freedom from feeling uneasy, never satisfied and discontent that I looked for in my addictions. After becoming a practitioner in 2012, I went on to become a teacher of Dr.'s Deepak Chopra & David Simon's Primordial Sound Meditation (A meditation technique derived from the ancient Vedic traditions of India), and a student of Emily Fletcher's Ziva Meditation. Since then I have been regularly teaching meditation to everyone interested in growing and deepening their relationship with the practice.
